How does it work?

All tickets are purchased in advance.

All mission times and prices are listed on the buy tickets section. Select the number of people in your group. This could be 1 - 10 people. It will filter out all the missions that do not have enough openings. Once you find the time slot that works for your group you can proceed through the booking process and pay by credit or debit card. 

Am I really locked in the room?

Yes. But don't worry, our lawyer required us to put a panic button in the room in case something goes horribly wrong. You'll feel much more accomplished if you solve the puzzle to get out. 

Do I have to have a group of 10 to participate?

No. Get one or just a few and you;ll be teamed up with other people in the same mission. 

What should I bring with me?

Your friends and your thinking cap. No personal items are allowed in the room including purses and phones but we provide you with a secured locker for storage when you arrive. 

When should I arrive and how long does it take?

The entire experience takes about 90 minutes. Show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled mission time for your mission briefing. The door locks at your set mission time and does not open until you escape or the 60 minutes is up. There will be a 10 minute debriefing and photo op after the mission. 

Is there an age limit?

Yes, 10 and older. To get the most out of the experience we only allow missions for ages 10 and up. However we require an adult accompaniment for ages 15 and under. All participants must complete a waiver, anyone under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver.

I'm claustrophobic, can I play?

We've had claustrophobic players do just fine in the past. Our rooms are generously sized, but only you can determine your level of claustrophobia. Keep in mind the mission can be left at any time.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Sorry no, the only way to experience Escape Challenge is to pre-purchase your tickets online.

Can I make changes to a reservation or get a refund?

There are no refunds but we would be happy to rebook you for a better time as long as you give us 48 hours notice. 

Can I schedule a time outside of the set mission times?

Yes. Contact us for availability. If the time isn't a regularly scheduled time on our calendar, we will need to make arrangements to have a staff member be there at your preferred time.
